Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Return and Exchange Process
Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery. You can place a return or exchange request on our website by visiting imana.com/apps/return-prime.

In case of a return, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the account details provided by you at the time of the refund request.

In case of an exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. If the value is lower, we'll refund you the difference.
After receiving confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days. We will dispatch the exchanged product or issue a refund once the returned item is received and all conditions are met, which typically takes 6-7 days. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will offer the best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same. The refund process generally takes 10-15 business days to complete.
Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Conditions for Eligibility
For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet these conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product should not be used or damaged.

The product must include its original tags.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

The item may be damaged during transit.

There might be a manufacturing defect.

A wrong item was delivered to you.
In such cases, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement or return is made within the stipulated timeframe mentioned above.
If the reverse pickup option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us after a refund request is authorized by our team. Please send the product within 5 days of your return request. On a piece of paper, please mention the Order ID and Return ID and place it in the packet.
